Asrullah - Main Director Indonesian citizen, 41 years old.
Obtained a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the West Java College of Technology,
Starting his career as an employee in the Production section at PT Aftech Rand Perkasa from 2003 to 2007,
then from 2007 to 2008 he became an Engineering Program and Design Officer at PT Sumber Intan Lestari.
In 2009 he was trusted to be the Engineering Dept. Head at PT Tasia Buana.
From 2009 to 2011 he was trusted to hold the position of Director at PT Afaco Solusi Elegan Engineering.
From 2018 until now as Director at PT Nanbu Teknika Indonesia, from 2022 until now he has been trusted as Commissioner at PT Dua Putra Bersinergi,
and since 2011 until now he has served as Main Director at PT. Isra Presisi Indonesia Tbk.
Budiharto - Director Indonesian citizen, 45 years old.
Obtained a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the STIE Mulia Pratama Bekasi College of Economics.
Started his career as an employee in the Die Making and Mold Making Administration section at PT Adyawinsa Dinamika from 2003 to 2006.
Then from 2007 – 2013 he became an Accounting and Tax Supervisor at PT. Kepsonic Indonesia, in 2014 - 2020 became Finance and Tax Manager at PT Gada Rajawali Dunia,
in 2021 - 2022 became Accounting and Tax Manager at PT Sambu Fine Chemical Koin, in 2023 became Director of PT Isra Presisi Indonesia Tbk.

Asriani – Chief Commissioner Indonesian citizen, 39 years old.
Obtained a Masters Degree in Accounting from Mercu Buana University, Jakart,
Started his career as an employee in the Finance and Accounting department at PT Smurfit Container Indonesia from 2010 to 2012,
then at PT Shinkobe Engineering in the Finance and Accounting department from 2012 to 2015,
joined PT. Isra Presisi Indonesia Tbk in 2015 and was appointed as Finance and Accounting Manager until 2022.
In 2022 he was appointed as Commissioner at PT Nanbu Teknika Indonesia, In the same year in 2022 he served as Commissioner at PT. Isra Presisi Indonesia Tbk,
Agus Sudiyar Tanjung, M.Ak., CFP - Independent Commissioner Indonesian citizen, 51 years old.
Obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree from the YAI College of Economics (STIE) majoring in Accounting in 2000, then continued his Master of Accounting education at Mercu Buana University, earning a Master of Accounting degree in 2016.
Started his career in the manufacturing industry from 1993 to 1997 at PT Ria Sarana Perdana Engineering as Accounting Staff, then moved to the publishing and printing industry at PT. Bintatus Dinamika from 1997 to 2002 with his last position as Finance Manager. Continuing his career from 2002 to 2022 he worked at PMA Japan, PT TPR Enpla Indonesia, a company operating in the automotive component and home appliance manufacturing industry, with his last position as General Manager. From 2022 until now he has been working at PT Angkasa Surya Teknoplast, a Plastic Profile Specialist industrial company as President Director.
In 2024, he will become an Independent Commissioner of PT Isra Presisi Indonesia Tbk
