Asrullah - Main Director Indonesian citizen, 41 years old.
He earned a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the West Java College of Technology.
He began his career as an employee in the Production department at PT Aftech Rand Perkasa from 2003 to 2007.
He then worked as an Engineering Program and Design Engineer at PT Sumber Intan Lestari from 2007 to 2008. In 2009,
he was appointed Engineering Department Head at PT Tasia Buana. From 2009 to 2011, he served as Director at PT Afaco Solusi Elegan Engineering.
From 2018 to present, he served as Director at PT Nanbu Teknika Indonesia.
From 2011 to present, he has served as President Director at PT Isra Presisi Indonesia Tbk.
Agus Sudiyar Tanjung, M.Ak., CFP - Director of Finance Indonesian citizen, 45 years old.
Earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from the YAI College of Economics (STIE) majoring in Accounting in 2000,
then continued his Master of Accounting education at Mercu Buana University by obtaining a Master of Accounting degree in 2016.
Started his career in the manufacturing industry in 1993 to 1997 at PT Ria Sarana Perdana Engineering as an Accounting Staff,
then moved to the publishing and printing industry of PT. Bintatus Dinamika in 1997 to 2002 with his last position as Finance Manager.
Continuing his career in 2002 to 2022 working at a Japanese PMA, PT TPR Enpla Indonesia,
a company engaged in the automotive component and home appliance manufacturing industry, with his last position as General Manager.
In 2022 until now he has a career at PT Angkasa Surya Teknoplast, a Plastic Profile Specialist industrial company as President Director.
In 2024 he became an Independent Commissioner of PT Isra Presisi Indonesia Tbk. And in 2025, he served as Director of PT Isra Presisi Indonesia Tbk.

then at PT Shinkobe Engineering in the Finance and Accounting department from 2012 to 2015,
joined PT. Isra Presisi Indonesia Tbk in 2015 and was appointed as Finance and Accounting Manager until 2022.
In 2022 he was appointed as Commissioner at PT Nanbu Teknika Indonesia, In the same year in 2022 he served as Commissioner at PT. Isra Presisi Indonesia Tbk,
Herlina Ferliyanti,S.E,M.M - Independent Commissioner Indonesian citizen, 51 years old.
He earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from Widya Gama University, Malang, majoring in Accounting in 1997.
He then pursued a Master of Management degree from BSI University, Bandung, where he earned his Master of Management degree in 2012.
He began his career in financial consulting services from 2006 to 2010 at the consulting firm "Mitra Consultant" as a financial consultant.
He then moved into the property industry at PT. Gesit Makmur Selaras from 2007 to 2008, with his final position as Head of Finance.
He then continued his career from 2010 to present, working as a lecturer at Bina Sarana Informatika University.
He then continued his career at PT Munial Sport Group, a company engaged in sports management, from 2013 to 2016, with his final position as Finance Manager.
From 2016 to 2017, he worked as an Accounting Executive at PT. IME Production Indonesia, an event organizer.
In 2018-2021, he worked at PT. Inspirasi Kuliner Indonesia as a Finance & Accounting Manager in the food industry, and in 2022-2024,
he worked at PT. Kulinari Boga Semesta, a company engaged in the food sector as an Internal Auditor. and In 2025, he served as Independent Commissioner of PT Isra Presisi Indonesia Tbk.
